In Osaka, Japan, citizens of countries will meet, discussions will take place between representatives of countries and heads of international organizations, civil society organizations and non-profit organizations, and people, peoples and tribes will get to know each other.
The International Exhibitions Bureau in France supervises the organization of international Expo events and exhibitions, in addition to three other exhibitions, including specialized exhibitions, horticultural innovation exhibitions, and the Milan Trianile Exhibition for architecture, design and crafts.

The theme of this year’s exhibition expresses contemporary challenges and represents a starting point for what the participants will display, and for what the events will reflect intellectually, emotionally and culturally.
It is an opportunity to exchange visions, discuss common issues and creative ideas, and showcase best practices in an attempt to develop forms of cooperation and communication in the future, and preserve the common intellectual legacy that must be preserved.
Expo is a journey to shape new behaviours, experiences and expertise for all visitors by travelling through the exhibitions and their pavilions, trade fairs and arenas.
This year's World Expo is in its 38th edition, bringing together governments, companies, international organizations, individuals and groups from all over the world.
The exhibition is held every five years, and this year it is hosted by the city of Osaka in the Kansai region of Japan. It extends over a period of 6 months, and its activities will be held between April 13 and October 13, 2025 AD, on the island of Yumi Shima, Osaka.
The main theme of this year’s exhibition is “Designing the Future Society for Our Lives” which is supervised by the International Exhibitions Bureau of the French Republic.
The global event schedule of the exhibition extends for 184 days, and the number of visitors to the exhibition is expected to exceed 28 million people, coming from 160 countries.
